BUG FIX:
- When replicating queueitem or activitypointer views, ribbon is always disabled (Special thanks to customereffective crew :))
- Connecting to Claim based authentication doesn't work if the default prefix (disco) is not used in the deployment (Special thanks to Alex F.)
